You must be enrolled in the Restylane^® Family Distribution Program to order Restylane^®, Perlane^® or literature. To enroll please call toll-free (877) 520-0500. Even if you have previously registered in the Restylane^® Distribution Program, you must also register with our ordering system to create your online account, user name and password. Your order can be charged to your established account or paid by credit card.

As part of the registration process, you will need to provide the following information:

• State of License
• State License Number
• First Name
• Last Name
• Zip Code

If you have ordered before, please make sure you enter your name and Zip Code as they appear on your last invoice for Restylane^® or Perlane^®. The information you provide must match our database exactly. If you are registered as more than one business entity in the Restylane^® Distribution Program in more than one state, you will need to establish a separate user name and password for each entity.
